Talk it through, privately

Tell us a little about your situation. We'll reply within one business day — only to you.

Why it's different

Selling a home during a divorce isn't a normal sale.

Two owners, two opinions

Price, timing and repairs all need two signatures. A neutral agent keeps decisions moving without anyone feeling outvoted.

Legal deadlines & orders

Settlement agreements and court orders can dictate how and when the home sells. We follow them to the letter and keep counsel informed.

Emotions run high

It's still your home. We handle showings, paperwork and negotiation with discretion so you can focus on what comes next.

How we help

Full-service real estate, from start to close — for every path the house can take

Fair, documented valuation

A detailed market analysis shared with both parties and their counsel at the same time, so everyone starts from the same number.

Selling the marital home

Preparation, pricing strategy, marketing and negotiation — with every update and offer sent to both of you, equally.

Keeping the home (buyouts)

If one of you wants to stay, we provide the valuation and connect you with lenders who can explain refinancing and buyout options.

Court-ordered sales

We work within settlement agreements and court orders, including timelines, listing terms and reporting requirements.

Coordination with your team

We work alongside attorneys, mediators and financial advisors so the real estate side never slows down the settlement.

Your next home

When you're ready, we help each of you find a new place across Greater Houston to start fresh — separately, and with the same care.

The process

Clear steps, shared with both of you

01

Confidential consultation

We listen to where things stand — separately or together, whichever is right for you.

02

Valuation & options

Both parties receive the same market analysis and a plain-language look at selling versus a buyout.

03

An agreed plan

Price, timing and responsibilities are put in writing and aligned with your settlement or court order.

04

Sale to closing

We manage marketing, offers and closing, keeping both of you — and counsel — informed at every step.

Common questions

Do we both have to agree to work with you?

Ideally, yes — that's what lets us act as a neutral agent for the home. If you're not there yet, a consultation can still help you understand your options.

Should we sell before or after the divorce is final?

It depends on your agreement, finances and Texas law. We'll explain the real estate side and coordinate with your attorneys, who can advise on the legal and tax implications.

What if one of us wants to keep the house?

We provide a fair market valuation for the buyout discussion and can introduce you to lenders who handle refinancing in divorce situations.

Is our conversation confidential?

Yes. What you share in a consultation stays private. Once we're engaged by both parties, all updates about the home go to both of you equally.

Do you give legal or tax advice?

No. We're real estate professionals. We work closely with your attorney, mediator or financial advisor, who should guide legal and tax decisions.

Take the next step, calmly.

A free, no-pressure conversation about the home — and nothing more until you're ready.
